"Airport services good and good beds nice staff and clean."

"Staff not helpful at all. Housekeeping skip days for cleaning. They don’t give you water bottles. The ironing board was damage, broken. The bed was small and the room I tried to get was not for 3 people. The description says 1 sofa bed but there was a sofa only. No comforter just a rusty brown type of throw. Only good thing is that hotel is right next to a mall and in front of the bus stop. That is it."

"The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."

"Das Hotel an sich ist schön und offenbar in Teilen renoviert worden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Restaurant Buratta wir haben dort jeden Abend gegessen, das Essen war lecker und auch dort war das Personal sehr nett. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte auch. Leider hatten wir ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer, was grundsätzlich für uns noch akzeptabel gewesen wäre, allerdings war der Zustand des Zimmers enttäuschend. Die...

"The towels need replacing - they were old, frayed and with holes. Please check your minibar upon arrival. I was charged a deposit for the minibar, which I only later noticed was completely empty. Luckily, one of the receptionists kindly refunded the money the same day."

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However we had booked a roo. With 4 beds so we got a room with 2 proper beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible which the staff couldn't help at all, so I won't recommend this to anyone. The swimming pool was clean and good how're they have a rule to use swim cap, which wasnt handy"

"At this price point, Hotel Grand, in Samakov, is excellent value. The owner, Stanislav, was very helpful and gave us great service. The room was fine, the restaurant was fine, the bar was fine. There are 4 large supermarkets very near the hotel. We like supermarkets :) We had a great, comfortable stay. Thank you Stanislav and your team :)"

"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"The bamboo lounge at the bottom of the hotel played the loudest music with every beat of the bass resounding through the floors and walls of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and it felt that the party was right underneath us until 4am in the MORNING!!!!!!!! Leaving us all with next to NO SLEEP! what is the point of a hotel if you can get sleep?! "Im großen und Ganzen war das Hotel ok. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist super. Unser Zimmer war ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer,an sich kein Problem,das Bad stand jedoch nach jeder Dusche unter Wasser,auf Nachfrage haben wir mehrere Handtücher bekommen. Für einen Kurztrip ok. Das Frühstück war leider sehr eintönig. Das vorher so gut bewerte Frühstück kann ich nicht nachvollziehen."

"1-It’s a great hotel. I would rate it as excellent 4 stars. As it’s not 5 starts by all accounts. 2- The location is excellent in the heart of the city and in walking distance to all attractions. 3-It’s very clean and smells really nice everywhere(rooms and communal spaces) 4- The breakfast is so basic and it’s not worth the 22€. 5- With regards to the staff( 2 male receptionist are so unhelpful and one of them is so grumpy and he wouldn’t even smile at the guest upon arrival) there was a...
