I chose this beautiful property to celebrate a very special milestone with my friends, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with our decision. I was especially touched to learn that the entire hotel staff had held a meeting before our arrival to ensure that every guest in our group would be personally taken care of. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail speaks volumes about their dedication to hospitality. Even before arriving from New York, I had been corresponding with the team, and they were always incredibly responsive, accommodating, and prompt. "Clean room with fairly powerful hair dryer but is stuck in bathroom. Beds comfortable and air conditioned. Good size fridge and safe. Triple room didn't provide enough chairs on balcony or enough hangers in wardrobe when we were booked as a 3 occupancy, but on asking we were provided with extras at no cost or issue and promptly. Swimming pools x 2 big, clean but very cold. fairly comfortable loungers with umbrellas and clean towels provided daily but pool doesn't open early enough in my opinion 10am-6pm only. Plenty of restaurants to choose from but didn't try food but noted to be good. Good selection of well made cocktails and delicious ice cream milkshakes. Small mini market shop on site good for water and snacks. Staff friendly and helpful especially front desk. Indoor spa pool ok size, but pool not very warm and not many beds. Good neck shoulder back massage and you get 45min use of sauna and steam room with spa treatments only either before or after the treatment. Showers available to use in this area useful for check out day. Free sun loungers on small section of beach attached to hotel with good bar facilities. Breakfast buffet large selection cooked and cold options and restocked frequently so felt fresh with hot plates available. Some lovely complimentary snacks, wine, water and ala carte breakfast provided. 1 day of power cut to local area but we were warned and back up generator meant no issues other than noise if directly by the generator. Nice relaxing stay"

"Manos is amazing, he is super attentive to guest and went out of his way to get us a wine bottle opener and a coffee machine. It was later in the season when we travelled to the mattress/bed and sofa were in need of a good cleaning, the cleaners had in the meantime covered it with linens but there was still a odor from the furniture which Manos tried to aid with by getting new linens and pillows. I would say one opportunity for the space is to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked with the basics like bottle opener, coffee maker, teas/coffee etc as it is a more remote location so people will need to drive to go get food or will use the kitchen that is there. It is definitely a more peaceful beach location and is lovely to walk along the beach to the nearby hotels and their restaurant's."

The hotel is a little outdated but it offers everything you need for your stay and is very affordable. The plus is the team. All of them are super nice and they make your stay unforgettable. I recommend everyone to get there just to enjoy being treated nicely in a very natural way."

"The hotel itself is immaculately maintained, with beautiful, well-kept grounds that create a lovely first impression. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and our room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The majority of guests appeared to be over 60, along with a few couples travelling with very young children, mainly from Eastern Europe. There were very few UK visitors during our stay. I travelled with my two teenagers (17 and 18) during the May half-term holiday, and they were a little disappointed that there was no one in their age group to socialise with. If you’re interested in boating or water sports, you’ll likely find plenty to enjoy. However, as my teens are non-swimmers and not particularly interested in water-based activities, we found there was less to do on-site. That said, the hotel provided information on local excursions and activities, which proved invaluable. We particularly enjoyed Pista Go Karting, which had excellent facilities and high-quality karts. We also took a Segway tour of Chania, which was both fun and informative from a historical perspective. One of my teenagers even went paragliding and was told it was the first time a hotel guest had ever requested it! Given the hotel’s typical clientele, that wasn’t entirely surprising. Most of the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Special mention must go to Stavros and Elena, who were an absolute mine of information and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed"
