The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property. "

The view from where I usually eat my breakfast was amazing, overlooking the lake or when it’s not raining, sit outside, have a drink of coffee and watch the ducks swim by or just enjoy the mountain/lake view. The location was about 6mins walk to/from the train station which made my travel to Mt Pilatus and Titlis very short.
