"Staff was great. Room was clean. Mostly quiet. I had trouble figuring out how to shut off the TV. When I use the remote, the TV shuts off but comes back on seconds later."

"Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the BTS sky train and is in close proximity to many restaurants and malls. Staff was very attentive and professional. However the property is showing its age and could use a renovation. Elevators were quite slow and one was down for maintenance during our week stay. AC was a bit weak in common areas and halls but worked great inside the room. "

"This hotel was beyond exceptional from the beautiful room and bathroom to the huge variety offered at breakfast. Not to mention the decor all over the hotel from lobby to restaurants to pools were stunning. Service was impeccable and quick! Although hotel food room service prices are always obviously higher than say outside on street, well worth the price for a late night mango sticky rice dish. Warm soft rice with ripe mangos! I would return here again and again!"
