It was a very good property, comfortable and fairly clean, the only issue is our TV remote was faulty, despite that I’d still come back or a recommend the apartment to a friend.

Generally the apartment and building were both clean and modern. The bathroom shows significant signs of wear on taps, shower and wooden areas. The bed (mattress) was very comfortable, they really should keep extra pillows and blankets in the apartment, there’s plenty of storage space for them. There’s significant construction next to the building, our balcony overlooked the site which woke us up at 05:40 every morning when workers and machinery start arriving. The old town is only a five minute walk and there’s a tram stop pretty much at the end of the street. Lots of restaurants, cafes etc within walking distance.

Best apartment in Krakow

Such a beautiful apartment, very clean and comfy. Prime location everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was very clear and fast had no issues at all would definitely recommend using this apartment if you are visiting krakow. 10/10

Great apartment would stay again

Great little apartment in the centre just slightly outside the planty. The apartment was immaculate and very modern with a comfortable bed and large TV. The views are currently of a building site but that did not distract from our stay. Well equipt, my only request would be to leave additional towels/toilet paper and kitchen towel. One towel each for our entire stay wasn't sufficient

This is not a bad place for short stay (3 days). If you're sightseeing Krakow for 3 days this is not a bad place. It's actually small like a typical hotel room, but with a small kitchen. The major drawback is NO WASHER as listed in expedia listing. And another issue was shower drain - the water wasn't going down fast enough. I am sure they will fix that. The internet was fast. The bed was firm enough for me. I wish they would have toaster. Other than that it's not a bad place, but I need a washer in the apartment.

The property is located a short walk from the main square. Had seen reviews regarding getting access to the property and how poor the communication was,but I booked through Expedia and the communication was excellent,I booked the taxi service for the airport transfer which was great and on the day of arrival I received a message with all the arrival details and codes to gain access to the building and to the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious,clean and we'll equipped. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the apartment. It had a kitchenette which made it easy for dining in. The place was clean and when I finally got in touch with the property, they responded in a timely matter. However, I felt very mislead because I chose this place because under amenities, it said there was laundry/laundry service - that was not true, it said you can schedule in-room massage, not true and that bothered me because I mainly wanted to do laundry onsite since we had been traveling for a few weeks and get a massage If that had been cleared from the beginning or not stated in the description, I would had been fine. Other rhan that, the apartment is a center location where you can walk to many attractions nearby. The Pizza downstairs was amazing!

The room itself was overly good. The cooking utensils were not clean so I would not of used them. The bathroom door was broken meaning we could not lock the door and also the balcony door was faulty. Also a few of the lights didn’t work. Apart from that it was a lovely comfy room.

Fint opphold

Flott leilighet med sentral beliggenhet. Fikk svar på sms med en gang når vi trengte det, og de ordnet med det vi hadde behov for. Kommer gjerne igjen! (Eneste minus er at vi ikke så en eneste røykvarsler eller brannslukkings apparat i leiligheten).

Ich war 4 Tage dort mit meiner Mutter, die Küche ist sehr schmutzig und unhygienisch. Der Haartrockner explodierte fast in der Hand meiner Mutter auf Anfrage kam kein neuer Föhn. Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab. Es läuft eine laute Lüftung 24/7 und gegenüber ist ein Krankenhaus weshalb oft lauter ist. Ich würde dort nicht mehr buchen, und kann es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Rauhallinen talo, sijainti hyvä, kylpyhuone tilava ja siisti. Tv vain puolankielistä ohjelmaa. Hankalaa myös kun oli vain yksi iso peitto kahdelle nukkujalle, erilliset peitot olisivat käytännöllisemmät. Mistään ei löytynyt ns talokirjaa jossa olisi tietoja uloskirjautumisesta jne.

Besonders gut war die Nähe zu Bahnhof, Innenstadt, Universität. Ich fand in der Unterkunft alles vor, was ich brauche. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für den High-Tech-Fernseher mit zwei Fernbedienungen (für Laien) wäre gut gewesen.

Really disappointed to arrive and find we had 2 different rooms to the ones we had booked! Asked the lady we had spoken to earlier and she told us the requested rooms had been trashed by previous occupants and she had to move us last minute, however didn’t tell us in the earlier phone call - waited until we asked! Cleanliness was not at all up to standard, marks in toilet bowl and lots of dirt in corners of the rooms. Balcony door was not able to open and handle was close to falling off! Not at all soundproof as advertised, noises from rooms next door, opposite and above us and from the street were definitely very noticeable! Shower head had two missing nozzles so water literally just poured out. However bed was very comfortable and location was perfect!

The property was great. Just a little away from the main square but out of the hustle and bustle. Plenty of good shops around and restaurants with, amazing food. A special thanks to Magdalena. Her comunication was great and nothing was a problem, even when our flight was cancled. She arranged a taxi to the airport for us at pretty short notice. Its very well priced there. Day trips are brillient. Tours to the Tatra mountains and thermal spa was nice. Lots of snow on the mountain tops still. A little earlier in the year and i think there would be plenty of snow, lower down too. Auschwitz and Birkenau, has to bee seen! You could not had believe just, what went on there.

Great hotel for location. very noisy at night into early hours , Saturday night until 5.30am very loud with drunk people. Not suitable if you want a good nights sleep or have children
