Absolutely stunning hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing - right in the centre of Old Town Market Square and easy to get to everywhere from here. Gorgeous restaurants and bars all over! Staff were kind and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Krakow.

This hotel is unbelievable !!!!!! Our room was amazing, beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I was treated like a queen! I am definitely going back!!

A beautiful building with well-maintained amenities. The attached restaurant served a fantastic lunch and dinner and a nice breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly. The only downside was the sound carrying between rooms. Located right in the heart of old town Krakow, it’s close to the main train station, a number of historical sites, restaurants and bars, and tourist attractions.

Stayed at Betmanowska Hotel from 13 to 17 April 2024. The hotel and staff were excellent. Hotel is situated on the Main Square which was a fantastic location. A bottle of prosecco was waiting for us in our room on arrival, and a bottle of wine on our last day. Our room was upgraded to a suite with jacuzzi bath! Staff were helpful and friendly. Airport transfers were provided by the hotel which were very reasonable and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with a huge choice. Will definitely be returning and have recommended it to family and friends.

Such a beautiful interior with the history of the buildings in the main square maintained perfectly. breakfast was tasty and the restaurants of the hotel were equally tasty. One concern was when we got back from a day trip tour in the evening, our door to our room was unlocked after the maids had been cleaning the room earlier in the day. it was not properly locked again afterwards and was concerning considering we were in the main square.

Excellent and convenient location. Very clean room and a good breakfast selection. Staff were very helpful organizing excursions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully clean, comfortable and the free soft drink were amazing to come back to after a days walking. Definitely the first place id look when i come back. Which is guarenteed, krakow is stunning

We stayed here for 6 nights. Perfect location for sightseeing on the main square. The breakfast that is included is delicious with a small buffet and you can order eggs many ways. A shout out to the girls Nina and Sara for all of their suggestions. They also helped with transportation back to the airport. Great time.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The decor is so stylish. The staff are just wonderful and friendly. Great breakfast, scrambled eggs too die for. Order your taxi pick-up to and from the airport.... fantastic service. Foods in the restaurants are lovely. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I will definitely stay again

My husband and I had amazing stay at this hotel. We were upgraded free of charge. Our room was outstanding. Jacuzzi bath, sauna, and two bathrooms. Location is perfect as it is in the main square. Would highly recommend it.

Cannot fault anything about this hotel. The jacuzzi bath in the room was luxury. Bed comfortable. View of the square amazing. A surprise bottle of bubbly on arrival and a bottle of wine before departure. People on reception very helpful and breakfast superb. Would love to stay here again.

We stayed at the Betmanowska Residence for 3 nights and it exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is lovely, so clean and our room was spacious. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect with lots of bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to return for another visit.

We had a jetted tub suite with city view. Booking the room with the bath was the best decision we made after a long day walking miles around kraków. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend city view, this did not bother us too much. Breakfast is ok for a free extra but I would recommend looking at other better options around the city. Smooth check in and out. Housekeeping daily. Perfect location.

Fronting the square, very central and easy base camp. Staff are very helpful and professional. We had the ‘suite without a view’ room and it was great. Huge space with great facilities. Down sides were the shower drainage was somewhat blocked leading to an awful stale smell in the bathroom constantly and the shower tray overflowing with each shower taken.

This hotel was excellent highly recommend, It was situated right on the square so amazing location, we had the junior suite with city view with jetted bath it was amazing, the bed comfortable, view brilliant, it can be noisey at night but this did not bother me at all, and I noticed the hotel had provided ear plugs but no issue to me loved hearing the hussle and bussle of the square, we got a complimentary bottle of processco, room was very clean, mini bar included, staff where very helpful, would stay again.

The whole experience was excellent from the driver who picked us up at the airport to the ladies who cleaned our rooms. The Reception staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was great, comfortable bed and great bath. Food and cocktails were excellent. Will recommend.

Nice adult place
Note: 3 stars means I didnt use the service. I got a two BR suite complete with saunas and multiple toilets and showers. Bedding is above standard mirrors everywhere. Good place for honeymoon, date night or to film a porno lmao. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Breakfast was also very good.

The location is perfect. We loved that it was across from St. Mary’s Basilica and Christmas markets. Sebastian, the front desk gentleman, went above and beyond to help us. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. There is another young man that works at the breakfast buffet by the name of Sebastian, that also provided excellent customer service. Please recognize them in a special way. The ladies that clean the room are also very nice and helpful. The rest of the staff was polite, but did not provide the stellar customer service these two employees provided. Please recognize Sebastian from the front desk and Sebastian from the breakfast buffet in a special way. They make the company look good. We loved the bottle of wine, access to the mini bar, and the attention to detail.

Amazing hotel, amazing location, very friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended. Hotel could not be in a better location for everything to see and do in Krakow. Restaurants in the hotel are fantastic.
