"Fantastic place, lives up to its reputation. The staff there couldnt have been more friendly, Mike behind the bar is a star and the guys down the beach were very helpful, Alex and Jimmy (didn't get the rest of the guys names) but always there when you need them. "We arrived on santorini on the 20th the hotel is in Akrotiri, it is a bit far from the port but that's fine, the hotel is isolated from the busy city and the staff is very helpful and friendly when we checked in, the room was clean, and looks exactly like the picture. One thing we love is that the breakfast at the hotel is the best we have had. We look forward to it every morning, the waitress and the staff greeted us every morning. I would very recommend this hotel. "

"The room was fantastic - just as pictured and ready early! We had a great stay. We stayed in the newer suites and they are in a convenient location in Fira, just 5-10 minutes walk from the main stretch and there’s a small market next door. Highly recommend. Having a private tub outside was such a nice touch and the team was all very friendly. "

"Beautiful, modern hotel in Oia! We liked the location as it was a short walk into town, but away from the crowds in Oia when cruise ships came in. Stunning views from the property and the pool is awesome. Rooms are a bit small but I would guess quite a bit bigger than the cave hotels in town, and the property overall is spacious. "We had a little issue with the room shortly after we arrived and let the staff know. They didn't have anyone there to fix it, but quickly offered us a larger room and a hot tub. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with an excellent view facing the ocean. Would recommend the Phaos!"

"Beautiful hotel with private balcony. Immaculate service. Clean and convenient (porters help with carrying bags up and down many flights of stairs. Lovely caldera and sunset views from our balcony. Nice looking pool! Free bottle of wine to start and to go bag at check out! Highly recommended for this Fira hotel. Nice hustle bustle area, but convenient so you can go back to your room to relax. Housekeeping service good, too!"
