Bad experience

The owner said neighborhood complain many people stay in one apartment. Stated in details can be max 10 people in one apartment. Should be no problem. It makes customer felt guilty and uncomfortable with the owner + neighborhood attitude.

절대 가지마세요 ㅠㅠ

하..정말 최악의 시설에서 묶은듯.. 터무니없이 방3개짜리 들어가서 화장실이 2개나 있었지만 지은지 100년이나 된듯 지저분한 벽과 커텐..욕조 물안내려감.비누세제냄비없고 카펫으로된 방바닥은 진드기로 득실..매일 물림. 와이파이상태도 별로고 하나콘도에서 해준방은 좋은지몰라도 직접예약해가면 완전 낡은방 줌..위치가 좋다곤 하나 코앞에 mall은 거의 텅비어있고..주변 중국인들상점같은곳만 있음. 이마고 몰 위에 있는 레지던스아파트가 가격대비 완전 최고였음. 여긴 깉은가격에 다 훨씬허름하고 현지 한국인들도 다 알고있는 허름한곳..다신 안감.

The place is centralized and very convenient for our shopping need. It is definitely not a 5 star condo. The pool is clean. The exercise room has no AC. The price is reasonable for a 3 bedroom condo.

LOOK GOOD BUT BAD INSIDE

Air cond very bad condition never service. Me & wife have to take mattress from master bedroom and sleep at hall. Bathroom flooded with our own bathing water. Maintenance came do little service but still no result and no follow up. Washing machine broken for show only. Dusty... people with sensitive nose will sneeze a lot. Request to change unit were not treated.

frustrated about this matter, its not very comfortable. and at night the water was empty and sometime it slow. about the door was broken.

业主的人很热情，态度也很好。屋内的家具比较旧，洗衣机也是10几年前那种半自动的，用起来噪音很大。房门要很大力才能关，工作人员两天才来一次清洁房间，没有牙具和沐浴用品。公寓适合几家人一起住，住起来很方便，公共泳池很不错，水质很干净，小朋友玩得很开心。

Good location

The place is ok to stay but both the bathrooms are quite rundown, they needed some attention.. If I visit KK again will look at other places as well.

The unit is old and filled with unpleasant smell. Carpet should be replaced or best still removed as I suspect the unpleasant smell came from it.

３bed-roomに３名で５泊しました。　ホテル的な宿泊者に対するケアは全くなくリゾート感を期待する方には向いていないと思います。　しかし、広い３LDKマンションそのもので、生活用品が配備された高い居住性、広く綺麗なプール等が備わっており、独立した滞在を求める方には、料金も手頃で魅力的な選択かと思われます。　 立地はセンターポイント、ナイトマーケット、屋台街、等にも近く、食事や買物、マッサージ等でのリフレッシュ、には最高の場所だと思います。
