Really amazing hotel and staff.
Wow - Was excited to stay here after seeing the pictures and reviews and was not dissapointed. Was in the city for a weekend break. Hotel check in was quick and we actually got our room very early as we arrived just before midday. Room was very good. Private suana, jacuzzi and heated floors. Rooms were huge. Apartment had everything we needed. Hotel staff were very helpful too. We had two amazing breakfasts. All in would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Kosice.

City Residence Apartment Hotel is the way to go
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff we were all so friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was a pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and having my own in-room sauna that could have sat 3 people comfortably was a delight at the end of each day. If I ever travel back to Kosice, I know where I will be staying.

The staff was brilliant, polite very attentive to ones needs. Immediately attended to every issue I needed resolved. Cultures vary from place to place, here people take teir jobs seriously.

Dear Joe,our staff was extremely helpful as you forgot the keys from the hotel at your apartment and our manager had to come at midnight to open the hotel for you and you were drunk and very rude even aggressive and also impolite to our receptionist. Moreover, you threw up in front of the entry door and you wanted to open the door by smashing it with a stone. Another thing is that the check-out is until 10:00 and you left after 12:00 because you thought that the check-out is until 14:00 although the receptionist told you when check-out is. Instead of mocking our receptionist, you should have listened to her when she was giving you the information about our hotel.Best regards,Hotel management

A decent place to stay for a few nights.
The unit was spacious and fairly clean. The lack of an elevator makes it tough to lug heavy luggage. Street parking was plentiful, but you must download an app. The location is close to old town and very convenient.

High life
Clean, very big room, modern, central, excellent breakfast in the room. A West-Eropean news channel on the television (which had three remote controls) would have topped it. I couldn't make the capsule coffee machine work properly either, but I guess it's me.

Amazing apartment. Just like a home, so much better than a hotel. More relaxing. Breakfast was a choice of 20 options and delivered to our room's kitchen table. There was a kitchen to cook if so desired and even an in room sauna. Air conditioned and top level room had swing out dormer windows to allow cool air in. Welcome fruit and treats and a bottle a champagne. All one could wish for. SO enjoyable!

Exceptional stay. Great property, optimal cost/benefit ratio. But what is really worth mentioning with the highest praise is the staff's kindeness and availability--in particular simply great receptionist Dominika! Just figure that my flight from Prague (whose arrival's already inconvenient schedule was supposed to be at 11:45pm) got furtherly delayed, and we got in at...2am. Well, no problem for this amazing reception: Everybody waited, including driver sent to pick me up at the airport, and Dominika herself (whose shift is generally--I later learned--at 10pm!). Simply one of the best hospitality experience ever.

BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE TO DATE!
Honestly the best Hotel experience to-date. Everything, down to every detail, was flawless. I do not know where to begin. This is more close to a 6☆ accommodation as the hotel has a complete concierge service. Parking, breakfast, massage services, requests....etc everything is tailored and customized to whatever you desire. In addition, the staff clearly enjoy what they do and naturally they are so happy to accommodate any request that it just makes you feel welcomed and excited to stay there. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone...there is certainly nothing like it anywhere else!

Probably the best stay in Kosice!
This would rank amongst the best aparthotels that I have stayed in and is probably the best place to stay in Kosice. Incredible amenities for the price. The 2-bed deluxe apartment would be highly recommended. Very spacious and includes amenities such as a private sauna, bathtub with power jets. etc. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is charged additionally but is a great value. The front desk staff are very helpful and it is evident that they really love what they are doing. Overall, this beats any of the brandname hotels in town hands down. Looking forward to staying here again!

This was the nicest place where I stayed on my Czech Republic and Slovakia trip. I had an apartment, not a hotel room. Clean. Everything worked. Quiet. Breakfast made for me to order and excellent. Helpful staff.

Modern apartment near old town
We stayed in apartment 4. It was spacious, clean and very modern. The jacuzzi and sauna bath were fantastic with built in stereo - very relaxing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the bed too hard but that might be a personal preference. Breakfast was a good selection but was like warm most of the time. Overall a good apartment break a 5 minutes walk to the lovely old town.

Purer Luxus zum Schnäppchenpreis
Wir wurden von Hotels.com hierher umgebucht, weil das andere Hotel ausgebucht war und wir haben es nicht bereut. Zwar ist das Hotel etwas weiter entfernt vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber die Straßenbahn fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Innenstadt ist nur eine Häuserecke entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir wurden sehr spät abends noch sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde direkt angeboten, die Betten zu trennen, da wir 3 Freunde waren. Auch wurde uns die gesamte Suite (69qm2, eigene Sauna und Whirlpool, viele Fernseher, Soundsystem usw.) erklärt. Dann gab es noch eine Willkommens-Weinflasche, neben weiteren Annehmlichkeiten wie Keksen, Kaffeepads, Bademäntel, Pantoffeln. Am Morgen wurden wir dann in der Terasse mit einem sehr reichhaltigen und sehr hübsch eingedeckten eigenen Frühstückstisch empfangen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt total genossen.

Highly recommended.
Very spacious room, thought without a kitchen. Around 30 mins walk from the train station to reach the apartment, but can be reached by public transport as well. Few mins walk to the to the old town and can reach the supermarket in 2 mins. I needed to catch a train at 06:30 the next day and the staff was flexible enough to prepare the breakfast for me the night before. Highly recommended!
