This is the second time we have stayed and absolutely love it. There is always space for improvement in anything and as a very up market all inclusive, and the cost which is appropriate, not including certain drinks within the all inclusive package is a mistake and doesn’t feel very welcoming. Aperol spritz etc. in addition, when asking for a bottle of wine for the room is a reasonable request, not being allowed and having to make repeat trips back to the bar doesn’t sit sometimes as well and as declining as it could be. There can be a balance and guests would appreciate this I’m sure.

Title: Fantastic Stay at Utopia Blu in Kos, Greece Body: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Utopia Blu in Kos, Greece, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. Here are some of the things that made my stay so memorable: - Exceptional staff: The staff at Utopia Blu were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always on hand to help with any questions we had and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. I couldn't have asked for better service. - Entertainment Team: The entertainment team at Utopia Blu was fantastic. They made an effort to get to know our names and preferences and were always on hand to keep us entertained. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they quickly became good friends with us all. We thoroughly enjoyed their company, and their efforts made our stay even more enjoyable. - Overall Experience: Utopia Blu exceeded all of our expectations, and we had a truly fantastic stay. The hotel management should be commended for their attention to detail and for creating such a warm and welcoming environment. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I hope that other hotel management teams take note of their exceptional service and attention to guests' needs. Overall, my experience at Utopia Blu in Kos, Greece was exceptional. The friendly staff and the entertaining entertainment team made my stay memorable and enjoyable. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und auch zahlreich vorhanden. Die Anlage schön und freundlich gestaltet. Für jeden was dabei. Auch Kinder kommen nicht zu kurz, obwohl es einen eigenen Erwachsenenbereich gibt. Das Buffet und die Getränke waren für AI überdurchschnittlich gut. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis völlig ok. Am besten sind die Swimm-up Zimmer. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat Niveau. Als einziger Kritikpunkt: Es gibt beim einchecken zu wenig Info über die Anlage. Man muss alles selber erfragen. Die App, die angeboten wird, ist nur zum reservieren der 2 Bezahlrestaurants gut - die aber beide 1 mal im AI - Umfang ( außer den Getränken) inclusive sind. Das Hauptrestaurant hat eine hohe Geräuschkulisse. Lässt sich wohl bei den vielen Gästen nicht vermeiden. Es war aber sehr gesittet, kein Gedränge oder „Rangeleien“ am Biffet. Parkplatz direkt im Gelände. Alles in Allem - die Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen!! Gute Erreichbarkeit. Und nochmals ein Kompliment an alle! Angestellten 👍

Great hotel & all inclusive is perfect with 2 additional restaurants (Mediterranean was lovely!). Food wasn’t amazing in the buffet particularly at dinner but can’t complain when it’s all inclusive! Only small thing is it would be great if areas were better sign posted so you know where things are, like the toastie/crepe stand is hidden, we only noticed it through seeing someone else. But great hotel, recommend swim up room too as you have your own loungers everyday! Had a great stay and will be back in the future!

Would recommend booking a swim up room, it was lovely not having to worry about securing any loungers in the morning. The grounds of the hotel are lovely and the staff are superb. Could not recommend this hotel enough. The only very slight downside is the food, although good it would have been handy if all the meals were labelled, not just some at meal times!

Wir waren im august 10 Tage Utopia blu und sind nachhaltig begeistert. Unser Zimmer war ein Swim Up Zimmer. Das bedeutet eigene Liegen (kein morgendlicher Kampf um die Liege) und die Poolbar nur eine Bahnlänge entfernt. Wir haben uns die gesamte Zeit wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt, einen erheblichen Einfluss darauf hatte der grandiose Service des Personals. Nicht zu einem Zeitpunkt haben wir uns so gefühlt, als wäre das Personal genervt. Jede Frage wurde offen aufgenommen, bestmöglich beantwortet und Dinge möglich gemacht. Jeder grüßt, jeder ist zuvorkommend und bereits nach 3 Tagen hat man das Gefühl nicht mehr weg zu wollen. Es ist, als wäre man bei guten Bekannten zu Gast. Nicht selbstverständlich ist es ebenfalls, dass auf Ernährungsprobleme, wie Unverträglichkeiten und Intoleranzen geachtet wird. Beim Buffet war jedes Allergen mit Icons ausgezeichnet, sodass man sich hier frei bewegen kann, ohne sich durchfragen zu müssen. Bei den zwei a la carte Restaurants wird sogar das Menu angepasst, wenn man bei der Reservierung auf Laktose, Gluten oder ähnliches hinweist, obwohl das Menü fix ist. Ich bekam so zweimal das schönste Dessert, welches ich mir vorstellen konnte. Küchenchef Emmanuel hat sich wirklich die größte Mühe gegeben. Aber nicht nur Emmanuel, eigentlich müsste genau hier eine Liste des gesamten Personals eingefügt werden. Das Utopia Blu wurde erst im Juni 21 eröffnet und alles ist noch ganz neu. Das Design ist sehr schön und modern. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. das Personal ist durchweg extrem freundlich und herzlich. Die 2 hervorragenden Spezialitäten Restaurants (italienisch und mediterran) sind beide jeweils 1x wöchentlich im All Inclusive enthalten und sehr zu empfehlen. Auch das Essen an den Buffets ist frisch und lecker. Leider ist die Atmosphäre im Buffet Restaurant nicht so perfekt, da es extrem laut ist. Die beiden Guest Relation Manager, besonders Katerina, sind offen für jedes Feedback und helfen wo sie können. Sie nehmen sich jedes Feedback zu Herzen und daher denke ich, dass dieses Hotel noch besser werden wird. Corona Maßnahmen werden sehr gut umgesetzt. Die Anlage ist ein Traum, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Hôtel absolument fantastique :-) Le service était incroyable et a le sentiment d'un 5 étoiles, rien n'était de trop pour le personnel. Vous devrez ensuite suivre un régime car la nourriture est abondante, pour tous les goûts et vous fait revenir pour plus à chaque occasion. Je recommande vivement ce nouvel hôtel et en particulier la dame d'accueil doit être vue. Elle doit fonctionner avec des piles Duracell ! Elle est sur place matin, midi et soir et semble avoir du temps pour tout le monde. Cinq étoiles de moi ***** Absolutely fantastic hotel :-) The service was amazing and has the 5 star feeling, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. You will need to go on a diet afterwards as the food is plentiful, caters for all taste and has you returning for more on every occasion. Highly recommend this new hotel and in particular the meet and greet lady has to be seen. She must run on Duracell batteries! She is onsite morning, noon and night and seems to have time for everyone. Five stars from me *****

Hôtel équivalent à un 4 🌟 avec du personnel agréable et à l écoute de votre moindre besoin. Les chambres sont modernes et propres. On a vraiment apprécié le super marché et l arrêt de bus juste en face de l hôtel. On recommande et reviendrons
