Excellent value for money

We are just home from 4 nights at this hotel. It was very reasonably priced and we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely to hotel was, beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring islands, friendly staff, lovely rooms and water park is great fun! We would def return again. Food wasn't always to our taste but excellent choices and lots on offer for kids and adults! Very impressed in general.

Ottimo hotel

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia. L'hotel è molto moderno, nuovo. La pulizia delle parti comuni dovrebbe essere un pò migliorata, ma nel complesso è pulito. Il cibo è adeguato al tipo di formula scelta (tutto incluso).La sala ristorante è molto ampia e bella. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, soprattutto gli animatori.

Prima all inclusive hotel

Mikri Poli Kos hoort tot een keten van 'family friendly' hotels. Er is dan ook uitgebreide aandacht voor de kinderen met een kidsclub en een waterparadijs met glijbanen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten gaat door middel van buffetten. Er is volop keus en het gebodene is smakelijk en vers. Het complex is groots opgezet en ligt tegen een helling aan. Dat betekent in sommige gevallen flink trappen lopen als je een kamer hebt het verst van de receptie af. Eventueel kan personeel je brengen met een golfkarretje. Kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Aan de rand van het terrein waren bouwwerkzaamheden. Gevolg was dat er vanaf 7 uur bouwgeluiden klonken aan die kant. En op sommige plekken hing een rioollucht. Daar moeten ze echt wat aan doen.

Great service, location and facilities.

Close to Kardemenia town and beach. We went all inclusive and it was great value for money. The meals were themed each night and a great variety and choice for all. The animation team kept adults and kids entertained. Thoroughly relaxing and recomend.

Ottima struttura con camere molto pulite e spaziose. Cibo ben cucinato e vario. Unica pecca la mancanza di aria condizionata al ristorante che in alcuni momenti diventa una sauna.

Ποιότητα φαγητού και αίσθηση του φτηνού

Ενώ είχα όλη την καλή διάθεση και επέλεξα το ξενοδοχείο μεταξύ άλλων επιλογών με απογοήτευσαν τα παρακάτω. Φτηνού επιπέδου υπηρεσίες, απο την ποιότητα του φαγητού μέχρι τον καθαρισμό των δωματίων. Μόνιμη ενόχληση της δυσάρεστες μυρωδιας της αποχέτευσης. Η ποιότητα του φαγητού για τους έλληνες έιναι τουλάχιστον κακή. Υπήρχαν ημέρες που δε φάγανε καθόλου. Σημείωση δε φάγανε ποτέ στις 10 μέρες γεύμα και δείπνο μαζί. Ακόμα και ο καφές το πρωι ήταν νερών ενός όπως και το κρασί η τα αναψυκτικά. Καλύτερα θα αν να μη δίνετε καθόλου τέτοιας ποιότητας ποτά και αναψυκτικά και να τα πληρώσαμε ξεχωριστά. Γενικά θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται οτι τι ξενοδοχείο δεν κάνει για ´ελληνες, γιατι έχουν αλλα πρότυπα στις διακοπές. Θα μπορούσατε με λίγα απλά πράγματα να αφήναμε καλύτερες εντυπώσεις στους πελάτες. Κλείνοντας η καθαριότητα για μια οικογένεια που διαμένει 10 νύχτες σε ενα χώρο η καθαριότητα ειναι σε πρώτη ποτεραιτλοτητα. Υπήρχαν 3-4 μέρες που δεν έιχαμε διαθέσιμες πετσετες και σε μια μέρα δεν έγινε καθόλου καθαρίοτητα. Πράγματα απίθανα που δεν έχω συναντήσει σε κανένα σημείο του κόσμου, για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά γιατι το προσωπικό πήγαν παρά πολυ εξυπηρετικό και πρόθυμο αλλα ανίκανο να νοστιμισει το νερουλο και πικρό pan cake !!! Ακολουθούσαν οδηγίες προφανώς οι άνθρωποι. Τέλος φιλική συμβουλή. Τουλάχιστον μη νερών είτε τον πρωινό καφέ. Αφήστε τον κάθε πελάτη να το κάνει μόνος του.

Hôtel très correct

Dans son ensemble l'hôtel et le cadre étaient très agréable et confortable. Cependant, la nourriture était peu variée et s’apprêtait plutôt à une cuisine anglo-saxonne. De plus l'eau était imbuvable. Donc seul bémol la nourriture, sinon de très bonnes vacances.

Stilrent hotell, god mat, og særdeled god service. Noe irriterende animations-team som aldri sluttet å spørre om man villle være.med på aktiviteter selv om man alltid sa nei. Et godt tilbud til barn, men la de som bare vil slappe av være i fred. Anbefaler dog hotellet foralle, men kanskje helst familier!

Si perdono in un bicchiere d'acqua

Partendo dal principio. La camera assegnataci non era quella per cui avevamo pagato. Ci è stata cambiata il secondo giorno nel pomeriggio. Per uno che si ferma una settimana lo trovo un intoppo fastidioso. Expedia segnala una categoria di 5 stelle quando solo all'arrivo abbiamo scoperto che in realtà le stelle sono 4. L'hotel è immerso nella puzza di fogna, non abbiamo capito se è un problema saltuario o meno, sta di fatto che per tutta la settimana è stato così. Si paga tutto ciò che non è specificato, compresa la cassaforte in camera: 15€ a settimana, persino la bilancia per pesare le valige alla reception è a pagamento. Il personale è sempre molto cordiale e sorridente anche se mi sarei aspettato di più a seguito dell'errore nell'assegnazione della stanza. Nel complesso siamo rimasti delusi. L'animazione italiana, per quanto non abbiamo partecipato alle attività, ci è sembrata molto preparata e professionale. Mai insistente. Kardamena è carina. Ad esclusione del consumismo sfrenato in stile inglese che si respira nel centro della cittadina. Una buona posizione per raggiungere le varie località di interesse dell'isola. Il mio consiglio è di cercare un hotel magari più piccolo e a conduzione familiare. I greci sono persone squisite e molto ospitali, alloggiare in hotel come questo rischia di farvi perdere questo aspetto a mio parere importantissimo.

Albergo non paragonabile ad un vero 5 stelle; massimo 3! Nonostante questo, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, struttura recente e moderna. Buona pulizia delle camere. Materassi a molle poco confortevoli. Grande disponibilità di frutta durante i pasti e discreta varietà di cibi "internazionali". Formaggio feta buonissimo sempre disponibile. Ottima la birra alla spina. Wifi a pagamento nelle camere e gratuito nella zona bar/reception; occhio, la sera tutti cercano di connettersi e anche solo consultare la posta risulta quasi impossibile. Auto indispensabile se si desidera visitare l'isola, ne vale la pena.

Klimaanlage bei Ankunft defekt. Reparatur erst nach drei Tagen und einigen Gesprächen. Zimmer an zwei Tagen nicht gemacht. All inklusive bis 23:00. Das Essen war zum großen Teil gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mann musste Wartezeit in kauf nehmen weil das Küchenpersonal nicht nachkamm. Und die Getränke (Fanta, Cola, Wasser, usw)schmeckten nach nichts.

Flott familiehotell

Meget bra hotell med bra service, mye forskjellige aktiviteter både for store og små. Solsenger med parasoll til alle, i rolige og trivelige omgivelser. Fin badestrand like ved. Inkluderende guider som også skapte god stemning på dagtid og stod for underholdning på kveldstid. Vi var veldig fornøyd med kjøkkenet på hotellet. Alle måltidene var varierte, god kvalitet og servert på en delikat og renslig måte. Litt trekk for harde madrasser i senger og litt lite sitteplasser utenfor baren på kveldstid.
