"We stayed in the Bunny Suite and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. One major issue was the constant noise from water running through the plumbing system. The noise continued until around 11:00 PM each night and started again as early as 5:00 AM, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We reported the issue to the front desk. We were told that they would contact the guests staying upstairs regarding the noise. However, the situation did not improve during the remainder of our stay. In addition, the suite layout was less functional than expected. There were no doors separating the bedroom, living room, and kitchen areas, which reduced privacy and noise isolation. What disappointed us most happened after we posted our Google review. In their public response, the hotel stated that the front desk had offered us a complimentary room upgrade. This is simply not what we were told during our stay. The only solution mentioned to us was that they would contact the upstairs guests. We were surprised and disappointed to see a different version of events presented publicly. We believe guest feedback should be addressed honestly and transparently. Overall, while the property has potential, our experience was negatively affected by the noise issues and the way our concerns were handled."

"Stayed in the family suite with a party of 5. There was PLENTY of room for all. There is a full kitchen downstairs that can be used which is really convenient especially if staying multiple days. Check-in was completely automated with no one present on site. This was was easy to navigate but just FYI."
