Lovely gesture, however there no real need to enter our room on a daily basis (made us feel a little uncomfortable) personally I feel the tags on the door should be used to give an option to ask for housekeeping or do not disturb. "The bed was comfortable, the location was excellent and the host was accommodating. But with some more care it would have been excellent. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. No hand soap in the kitchen. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not completely clean. There was no bracket for the shower head in a very complicated shower with no instructions."

"It seems to be a hotel for elderly disabled people, who need special treatment like Spa therapie etc. Rooms are acceptable and quite. Food (dinner & breakfast) is included in the room price and served as a buttet and include good and healthy food. If for business trip then choose a hotel in Lasko city if available "
