"I stayed for five nights and reserved three rooms during my visit. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are exceptionally clean and well maintained. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary amenities available on every floor, including tea, toothbrushes, hair oil, hair care items, and shavers, which added convenience and value to our stay. My family and I would stay again."

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"

"Love the location of the hotel which is just next to the Sakuragicho JR Station. The new South Exit is literally just next to the hotel and is so convenient. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is quite big for a Japanese hotel. I love that there is a supermarket right downstairs and a 711 is also a less than 5 min walk away. There are many good eateries around the hotel since it is near the JR station. I note that there is a self operating laundry room on the same floor as the hotel lobby (even though I didn't use it) and that is very useful if one wants to do their own laundry. One of the main reason I picked this hotel was its close proximity to Pia Arena MM where I was attending a concert. I love the covered overhead bridge that connects from the train station to the arena. Overall I had a great 5 night stay there and would stay there again."

"We only had a one night stay here after landing in Narita, but the hotel was very kind to us weary travelers. A nice staff member helped us with the check-in machine, and the rooms were clean with clear instructions (Japanese and English) for the technical stuff in the room (A/C, dehumidifier, etc). We made the room conditions perfect for our sleep and woke up feeling refreshed the next day. It's conveniently located near Sakuragicho Station in Yokohama and was a very peaceful in the evening. The beds themselves could be more comfortable, but they were well worth the price and location. I would love to stay here again sometime in the future if we get more time to explore Yokohama."

"Our family of 4 stayed in two rooms here and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a Metro stop and the Ōsanbashi Cruise ship terminal (our main reason for staying here). The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of western and traditional Japanese options. The hotel offers complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) and light snacks in the afternoon into the evening- which was a nice gesture."
