"The service was great and the bar/ drink selection was amazing! We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants. The only complaint is about the housekeeping. We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. Other than that, we were really happy with the hotel and will certainly come back again."

"This is a very beautiful All Inclusive resort with very nice food, very friendly and helpful staff. The general manager lacked a little bit respect and friendliness when I tried to make him aware of the crowdedness in the dining room and no system in place to improve it, but only at the very beginning of the conversation, after that he was nice, listened and dealt appropriately with the matter. "The main problem was the AC and lights it’s all controlled from a centralised IT system. They had the temp set at 22C it was too hot! The lights just went off whenever they felt like it. I was there for 4 nights and had terrible sleep every night because I wasn’t able to control the light and ac in my room. It’s a great location and the beach and sea is so clean. But who wants to go to a 4* and bicker with staff? The food was really mediocre/bad. It’s not just me I got talking to other guests...
