OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
Valet staff was awesome, pool is beautiful. Food is great. Only a couple staff were friendly. Way too many charges to stay in a place under construction with a cranky staff.

Kauai Shores Hotel
Our room faced the pool and jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi pump is making a terrible whistling noise, and we had to close our balcony door whenever it was in use. We reported the issue to reception, but they didn't do anything about it.
