The front desk reception was poor/unhelpful when I checked in. That said, checkout was a breeze and a pleasant experience, staff was very helpful.
Did not like the bathroom - the shower area. And on one of the days, music from the club below was too loud and filtered up to the hotel room and was quite disruptive (this was on Holi I believe)
the location and staff behaviour were highlights but room was stinking like old property and the Furniture and amenities surely need some changes .

It was just a horrible and worse experience of our lives ever.. When it comes to staying in a five star hotel. The staff had no clue what they were doing. We checked in , got our keys and when we went up to our room.. we swiped the card , door opens and we see a half naked man in the bed jerking himself off !!! We rushed out of the door .. went downstairs to the reception and they were not even sorry... just handed us another key and said it was just a system error.
2nd : we couldn’t sleep all night because they have night club in the same Bldg and it was too loud.
3rd: the bedsheet , pillows everything looked as if never changed, and stinky.
Also, we prepaid for two nights but after thai experience we left the first night and decided not to stay the other night.. and we never got our money refunded. I had no energy to argue with the most unprofessional, untrained staff so we decided to let it go.
One word : pathetic!
Check in requires more than 40 minutes, the in room dining service is pathetic although quality of food is good. It’s a pure business hotel would not recommend any one going out for leisure or couples trip. Mini bar charges are arrogant, can’t even enjoy dinner at their restaurant as they are most of the times booked for marriages or parties
House keeping and room service calls took a lot of time to arrive . Breakfast inclusion or not was forever confused . Looked like a dis connected system

Avoid ...try some other hotel
Good location, breakfast and food in general. Run of the mill hotel and poor service! Bathroom was leaky and had water accumulation on floor from leaky faucet! Hidden charges for water bottles!
Had a bit of a troublesome start, however things got a lot better including complimentary wine and snacks as apology and free drop to the airport. Room service and check in are bit slow though.
Love the location and tasty breakfast buffet.
Old property. Towels were not cleaned. The floors are not cleaned. It looked like a run down Las Vegas Hotel.
