Me and my wife stayed for a night after long flight. They staff were very polite and helpful. At bar and restaurant , the bartender and the attendent were very pleasant and nice. Overall their Hospitality is A1. I will stay again

Very welcoming, easy to find, perfect location from airport, restaurant is reasonable price and tasty, room was very comfortable, staff were helpful, and breakfast was lovely. An easy way to settle in Kolkata quickly.

This hotel has been a bad experience for me and my friends. We would not recommend the hotel to anybody going to Kolkata. The service is very poor for the charge. It does not match to their claim on the website.

Just for one night
The hotel consist in two different building and you can't know before where you'll stay. The rooms are large but not so much comfortable and not with a good smell. Few services. Basic Breakfast.

As per the hotel booking it was mentioned they provide airport transfers. First they did not pick up the phone as provided, on reachinfg the hotel when inired they said the airport transfer is paid service. please update your system.
