One western queen, 3 futon beds, 2 baths, kitchen, washer/dryer combo (which I did not like as the drying made everything wrinkled as if drying clothes after a wash spin cycle and took over 3 hours). "Although this property was an old nice machiya they updated it with a nice bathroom. But the beds were really comfy. I didn’t care for the location because it was far from bus and train station. It’s a long hot walk with all our luggage. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay again because of location but the inn was really great. "
