"The staff at the hotel are extremely lovely and welcoming. From the receptionist to the bar lady to the cleaner all were great. The room has all the facilities needed for self catering inc microwave/pots/pans/stove etc. The hotel is located on the quieter side of laganas strip which I find as a bonus. 15min walk to the bars/clubs"

The hotel pictures looked suitable - I did not expect a 5 star hotel in a party resort full of young people! The reality of the accommodation did not reflect the pictures advertised by the hotel! "We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were pleased to be offered an early check-in. All the staff - both at reception and in the bar/restaurant - were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our suite was clean, spacious, and modern, with a stunning view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection each morning. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, especially around the pool area, where we could unwind on sunbeds while drinks were brought to us. The hotel is set in a quiet location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest shops, bars, and restaurants, down a scenic winding road. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return."
