"Really nice stay! Everyone was so friendly, location is perfect and everything was clean! The historic building needs some work on the building wood trim but inside is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone was tolerant with my service pet and all. We will visit again. "
"Booking a room is not listed in walk up directions, took some internet research to figure out & a phone call to get our door code & room number.
Rep sent my booking to my friend’s phone not mine causing some confusion on both our part. This process could be improved. "
"Inn on Woodlake is part of the Kohler resort. The rooms are much larger than those at the American Club and just as nice. The Terrace restaurant is close by and the other Kohler restaurants are a 3 min shuttle ride away. The view on the lake side is very nice--putting green just outside the hotel near the lake. Having stayed at both American Club and Inn on Woodlake, I would stay at Woodlake next time. Buffet breakfast was great--everything you could possibly want."
"Ragai was wonderful and very accommodating to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel and pool were clean and our room was larger than usual which made it comfortable for our longer stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed some quiet time relaxing in the pool area after walking around throughout the day. The hotel is very close to many sights and amazing restaurants! Thank you!"
