"We had a nice, large room that was clean. The person at the counter was friendly and pleasant. Bed was a bit too mushy for my wife and I, as we were a bit sore in the morning in our backs and neck/shoulders, but not bad enough to be awful. TV cable box was unplugged, which took a while to realize why the TV didn't work. Once plugged in, we had to wait a while for the TV to set up. Some parts of room and bathroom could use new paint as it was chipped or peeling in numerous areas. Bathroom...
"Ragai was wonderful and very accommodating to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hotel and pool were clean and our room was larger than usual which made it comfortable for our longer stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and we enjoyed some quiet time relaxing in the pool area after walking around throughout the day. The hotel is very close to many sights and amazing restaurants! Thank you!"
