They arrived at the property at 8am and caused a disturbance to in house guests and owner rang the property door bell even the check in times are published on the front end of the property and entrance and wanted to leave there lugage as gesture we offered a area but they declined to leave it then two hours latter came back and asked the same question again. How rude.Ryan as you menttioned regarding the location you really shoud educate your self and before confiming any reservation check on the agent map everything very clear where the property is located and if it suites your needs or not. The property can not move the location to suit your need as many guests stay at the property as they do not want to be in the main tourists area they want a quiet convenant location.

Katherine arrived to the property five hours before the check in time and we allowed here to keep her luggage with us as she was very old lady.During the whole 7 days she stayed with us she did not go out of the property as she was on very tight budget.was very nosisy and enturuped when i was talking with other in house guests. Tried to be friendly and even tried to get other guests to join with her on her last day from the property to the airport as she could not afford the taxi fare. The housekeeping team asked her every day if she wanted her room clean she denied this and the room was left in a very messy and smeely conditions as we was unable to clean her room type.the breakfast was not included in the price as before confiming the reservation you have two choices one rate with room only or room rate with breakfast included her choice was room only. There a breakfast option with al carte menu breakfast prices individualy priced average around 5 dollars if you think that expensive you should not travel.the property is on the coastal road linking chong mon village and chaweng . There many options if you do not want to walk, taxi local bus but her budget not allow her to get on a bus.During the stay she did not mention any of the issues she wriiten about and seemed friendly but how ever super nosey. and if she mentioend to me at any time during the stay i would have given her free cancerltion or modified the reservation but nothing was mentioned until the review how very unique person came for holiday but just stayed in the room.upon check out she left the room very messy and left many old traverling equipemnt that no body wanted to touch however as gesture we just depsosed them in the garbage bin. just be carful this lady she very two faces.

Banyan House samui bed and breakfast offers world wide travelers value for money accommodation and at the same time quality. Regarding your written comments about your arrival to banyan house as our agreed check in time for all our agents and written on your booking voucher and on your online agent the agreed check in time is from 14.00 hrs. This is because we need to prepare the room for your arrival and maintain the standard required. You arrived to Banyan House at 11.30am. and we kindly let you leave your luggage with us at reception. And informed you that your room will be ready at 2pm. you left and returned back at 4pm. At this time when you was asked to complete the hotel registration form for check in you informed us that there three person.
