I have shared your kind words with them. On the other hand, we would like to clarify information about damage deposit that we requested upon arrival. I would like to inform you, that as management company, we prefer a security deposit as well, because it seems like it would encourage the guests to be more accountable for the property. Also, information about damage deposit is clearly indicated on Hotels.com page. With the message to quote in the field Mandatory fees: “Cash deposit: THB 17,870 per stay”. There is no information about such option like credit card payments. Also, you noticed that the sum of security deposit on Hotels.com is higher than we required upon arrival. We accept credit card payments only in case of payment for reservation or any additional services.
