"We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. He welcomed us every morning and helped arrange a tour to Pig island as well as treat us to a complimentary meal as we were considered long stay guests. All the staff at Fair House Villas are so nice, polite and welcoming. Thank you to Fair House Villas and all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. "

"Conrad Koh Samui is an incredibly luxurious resort. Food is wonderful, amenities are great, staff are incredibly helpful, to the point of giving us a WhatsApp number to contact them for any assistance, the view is to die for and the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Everything we asked for was granted. The area is in the quiet part of the island too, so you get a much quieter experience than staying at some of the larger resorts in the north east. The pools for the villas rival suburban backyard pools for size. I would have wished for 1 more restaurant with a different cuisine, but it's by no means a deal-breaker and I expect they may add such a thing over time. If you want a quiet, luxurious getaway, I can't recommend it enough."

"Nice hotel with good location"

"Fantastic one week stay in Regent beach hotel! Was initially a bit sceptic about the conditions of the rooms as its not the 5 star hotel I am used to as the rooms are a bit outdated. However, absolutely loved the stay and could not have been bothered the least about the rooms being a bit outdated as everything else was spectacular! The pools are wonderful, the beach is very nice and well maintained, the breakfast is delicious and above everything else- the staff is beyond wonderful, sweet and helpful! The front desk staff are amazing, housekeeping ladies very sweet and meticulous and the poolbar/ restaurant staff amazing! Lee, tek, may,wee, tango,palin joy, guy and could go on! We spent most of the days around the pool and restaurant are hence these guys really made such an impact! Without any doubt would chose this hotel again and recommend to anyone going to Koh Samui!! "Everything was great, a little dated, but not dramatically. Beautiful gardens everywhere adding privacy. Biggest issue was there are loads of stairs which could be an issue for older travellers like us!"

"Lovely quiet resort, that gave you a workout the paths are quite steep, but always a man in a golfcart eager to give you a ride to the top. If you want a ride into town you have to book for the free shuttle the day before. We missed out on this because we were only here for 2 days. They dont seem to have footpaths into town so a bit unsafe."
