"Hotel seems to be too old. However, you can still enjoy the atmosphere as well as the nice large swimming pool. If you're likely to have a good service don't go there because there is no service at all. Even from start, no welcome, no smile, no restaurant service nothing. Just a ghost hotel as we feel. Staff must be letting down the hotel. Probably, the lack of training."

"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. Checked in the room for stay with my sister, was only given one bath towel in the room. There is no amenity (shower gel n shampoo) TOP up on day 2. When we went to the pool and the beach, ask for pool/beach towel and was told they have run out of beach towel, ask for bathe towel instead and never arrive. Wifi was very...

"Request a refund ASAP. I did not stay at this property because they were already booked to other guests at the time of my arrival and the person who owns this is denying me a refund. I ended up having to search for a new property after landing in Sri Lanka. Expedia please help me with my refund. Please get in touch with the proprietor and assist with my refund."
