My son and I stayed here over the weekend of June 26. We really enjoyed it. It looked like the units were brand new. Very nicely furnished - it even had a washer and dryer. Clean and comfortable! There is a small covered deck off the door to the unit. It was a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning. The bedrooms have high-quality blinds that blocked out the light. That’s a big issue if you know about Alaska in the summertime! We will stay there the next time we visit Kodiak!

By far the best place I’ve stayed at during my years of traveling. Even the carpet was comfortable. Pleasant view, modern appliances, reclining sofa. I’ll come back for sure next time I’m staying in Kodiak

We came to visit kids and grandkids so the suite was big very accommodating , extremely comfortable to visit in , all appliances we new and clean fully stocked with dishes pans and everything came with coffee laundry soap for huge washer and drier in apartment, just all out absolutely fabulous stay for the week. Could not have asked for better will ask to stay only here again when we return . Extra bonus that we did not use but available , owner also rents cars as well . This property was new and everything was clean. Being brand new a few items were still needed. Toilet paper holder in bathroom and some sort of towel hooks in bath. Kitchen needs microwave and some sort of toaster. Place was great!!
