"Check in took 45 minutes. Then we were told to talk to someone else for a map of the place. That person was there to try and convince us to go to a timeshare presentation. When you’re already annoyed about the way check in went, that makes its all the more obnoxious. Then we were told we were in a different building up the road. So we took our luggage back to our car and drove there. Walked in to that building and there was employees just standing at the desk. Why couldn’t we just check in...

"The hotel is excellent want I was looking for. It is cleaning, modern, great amenities, great staff. The dining is available on the 7th floor. It has great hours to give flexibility of when we wanted to eat. Our breakfasts were amazing. We could sit outside and enjoy our breakfast with a great view of the Smoky Mountains. The rooms are very modern and spacious. The location was a big plus. It is close to everything. It is a small drive for all the destinations we wanted to go from our hotel....

"The Dollywood resort is a great place for a weekend away or a long vacation. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. The employees are very kind and helpful. The amenities are great as well. We truly enjoyed our stay."
