Rooms are clean & tidy. Bathroom is spacious. Got the room with a panoramic view of the resort. Slight isolated away from city center. Otherwise nice resort & helpful staff

We was extremely perturbed to know about the points mentioned by you and have taken up the matter and other service and product related issues very seriously with the Hotel team and have initiated corrective action.We have also commenced a revisit of our brand standards, processes and checklists to ensure these lapses on our part do not occur again.
