Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Very disappointed with Hotels.com

The hotel denied to let us check-in showing reason that they couldn't find my payment of booking details. They denied any association with Hotels.com. Since we had to stay for the night we paid the hotel by cash and checked in. I've emailed Hotels.com several times regarding refund but no response at all!
