Staff are all very nice and helpful especially on transporting our luggages! The ocean is amazing clean and clear. The private beach area is somewhere I can stay all day long. It's away from the busy Tonsai beach so more quiet and peaceful here. Breakfast buffet got lots variety to choose from.

Beautiful location 5 star plus, sadly we were there during a very rainy time, not much sun to enjoy the beach and water. Would love to go back when sunny. Hotel and staff were great.

Absolutely stunning views, photos match what is there. The only negative I can think of was the beach had a few bottles etc that had washed up and not been cleared. Was great for snorkeling!

We stayed one night at Phi Phi Natural Resort as a family of four (two adults and two kids) and had a very positive experience. We stayed in a pool villa, which was very nicely set up. The room had a rustic, ecological style that fits perfectly with the nature-focused concept of the resort. The location is truly unique — beautiful, peaceful, and very easy to access thanks to the resort’s partner ferry service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the team immediately helped us with settling in and arranging tours. The beach is gorgeous, excellent for snorkeling, and also a fantastic spot to watch the sunset. What really stood out was the level of care shown when our youngest son (12) had a stomach upset during our stay. The staff was incredibly attentive, flexible, and proactive — helping us adjust tour plans and departure times, and constantly checking if we needed anything. A special mention to Chintana from guest relations, who went above and beyond to support us during this situation. Thankfully, our son started feeling better, and we were able to truly enjoy the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay with outstanding service. We would definitely recommend Phi Phi Natural Resort.

The view were beautiful from our deluxe cottage. It was so peaceful and quiet. It was easy to get a longboat for a day oit on the water. Shopping was limited and the food everywhere on this part of the island was a bit tasteless. We were looking forward to the spicy and flavorful food we have come to love in Thailand. But the staff was super friwndly and helpful! They made it worth it.

Hotel is nice but aged not well. The Dorms are far away from the lobby and mostly up hill. They do offer shuttle but every 30 min. The staff was very friendly as usual in Thailand.

Inconvenient Location to Experience the Island

While the location is nice once you make it to the hotel, it is very hard to reach or leave without taking a shuttle at a couple pre-scheduled intervals. Otherwise, you have to take a private boat shuttle at great (relatively) expense. I spent almost as much getting to and from there as the cost of the room. If you are looking to get away from it all and see relatively few other tourists, maybe this is your spot.

Overall the site is nice but we did have a few customer service issues that I would just expect better with. Slow service in restaurant to order drinks etc, delay in check in, not great with a request for the room. I would stay here again though and the location is stunning

A wonderful warm welcome was given upon our arrival, and we were processed through check-in very quickly and efficiently. As the resort is spread over a large area, and might I add, beautiful gardens, you are taken to your room via a golf cart, which was great. The rooms are immaculately clean, and towels and bedding are changed daily, although I think this is unnecessary. The breakfast included is OK but by no means amazing. Overall, I've been very happy with our stay here and would definitely return. It's not a 5 star resort and the good value price reflects that. Oh, and you get a plate of fresh fruit delivered to your room daily. Definitely recommend

It is a beautiful hotel and has a nice view. But the staff there were not very nice at all. We didn't ask them any more questions. The way from the room to the lobby was very far and we didn't call for a car to come after us. They kept telling us to go outside and it would come right away. We stood there in the heat for a quarter of an hour and a half, but the car didn't come. We went up three more floors to call to see if the car would come. It still didn't come, so we walked. Because they were late coming after us, all our plans were delayed. After 10 o'clock, the car wouldn't pick us up. They wouldn't serve anything until the dining room. No shops were open. When we arrived the first day, even their shampoo was empty. When I came out of the shower, we called and after 10 minutes they brought shampoo. The shower was broken and the water wasn't hot, so we took a cold shower.
