A very relaxing stay at a great location. We went together with my partner, and really enjoyed our time there. The nature there is absolutely beautiful, a lot of things to do around the island as well. The only downsides - the cleaning is quite slow and doesn't happen until the later half of the day, limited water supply in the room, and the food is a bit overpriced relative to the surrounding cafes in the village.

I highly recommend using the hotels round trip service from Phuket airport getting to and departing from the resort. Maria at front desk was excellent during check in & check out. Bas helped transport our luggage and very helpful. Although it was difficult to get to this resort, once you arrive it’s just amazing and beautiful. We did 1/2 day excursion (boat) it was wonderful and the staff were great. It’s a beautiful and quiet spot to relax and enjoy the nature-filled charms of Phi Phi Island! The location has excellent amenities, and quick service options via an app. The buggy service was a lifesaver with our uphill villa. The resort offers daily cleaning and turn-down services, has many restaurants, and many excursion options. We had a 10/10 stay and would love to come back some day!!

The AC was not working properly and they fix it in no time. The resort has their own app and you can do everything there. From ordering food to booking tours or request a buggy if you don’t feel like walking around the huge property. The staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend.

The resort itself is beautiful - rooms are great and staff were so helpful and friendly. Pool area was also lovely and we didn’t use it but private beach was big. Weather was unfortunately very poor while we were there and there wasn’t really anything to do, felt quite claustrophobic as when the waves were bad you didn’t even want to get a boat to the main town on Phi Phi. There’s nothing the hotel can do about this but just something to be aware of.

This resort is absolutely stunning, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hilltop Villa. The buggy service was so quick we rarely ever waited. Staff were so wonderful and attentive, they took care of our every need, much of the time without us even asking. It’s so beautiful you will not want to leave

EXCELLENT!!!!! I cannot say enough about how incredible our stay was. From the second your feet hit their property, you are greeted, taken care of and set up for success to enjoy the gorgeous property and amenities available. The rooms were wonderful, bed was comfortable, pool/beach/chairs available and in great condition, amenities were 5 star, hike to viewpoints from property was a fun adventure.. we were there over Christmas Eve & Christmas which they hosted a huge celebration & was so great for our daughter. The staff was superb. The best part of our stay, so helpful, welcoming & genuinely happy we were there. You can bike around the island, play tennis, swim, take a boat, etc. 100000/10 we look forward to coming back!! We left feeling like a breath of fresh air and a body full of peace. Thank you!!!!

SAii Phi Phi Island Village delivered a truly brilliant stay for us! While the property is huge, the buggy service is prompt and spot-on, taking any hassle out of navigating the beautiful grounds. A major highlight was booking the trip to Maya Bay through the activities centre. The entire experience was seamless, and the staff provided truly exceptional service—it was, without a doubt, one of the best excursions we've ever taken from a hotel. For dinner, the Ruan Thai restaurant is a non-negotiable must-try. The food and atmosphere are absolutely outstanding. We were impressed with every aspect of our holiday and will definitely be returning to SAii Phi Phi!

Overall it was a good experience, even though they took a long time to respond in the Hotels.com chat, which somewhat hampered my arrival, as I didn't know what the boat transfer was like.That's why I ended up paying more, plus I had made a special request to them for some kind of "treat" since it was our honeymoon, but we didn't get anything, they forgot. Aside from those two points, the hotel has a good structure, excellent breakfast, and great room service and internal transportation. I recommend it.

It’s a lovely resort with two great swimming pools—one of which is perfect for kids and they really enjoyed it. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main island, so getting there requires a long-tail boat ride.
