"I only gave 3 stars because they discounted my stay due to their error. I booked a private 2 bedroom suite with private pool and they put me in a garden suite.... thank God I was traveling solo only for 1 night and not a week+ with my wife. It would have ruined the entire trip flying 20 hours from Canada for this experience, and that would have been a total failure. Still a severe let down for me personally and my travel partner. "If you stay here, you must eat at the restaurant 3 minutes walk away called Sabai Sabai. They honestly deserve a michelin. We ate here 4 times during our 3 night stay. Feels like you are in a warm thai lady's home and she is cooking for you. staff are very nice at the pinnacle and was honestly suprised at how nice the pool and bungalows were"
