"Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular and the location was excellent! Our room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A couple things to note (as to why I’m not giving 5 stars); the pre-trip communication wasn’t the best, as I tried on numerous occasions to contact the hotel with questions regarding transfers. Also on one of the days, we were enjoying the infinity pool, but a multi-generational family arrived and at least 20 kids were very noisy and disruptive in the pool. They completely took over so we had to leave the pool area as it was unbearable. It ruined what was to be a relaxing pool day. "

"The hotel is well located in the main strip of Ao Nang Krabi with a walking distance to bars, beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms are well spacious with mostly facing the outdoor swimming pool or the Ao nang Montain. There is 3 swimming pools (top roof, main pool and a kids pool) with provision of sun beds and outdoor toilets and showers. The main pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees and a swimming pool bar. Breakfast was included and provided in the main restaurant with a variety of Western and Asian choices including tradicional thai food, pastries and healthy choices. The restaurant also provides dinner deals throught out the week such as thai night or BBQ bufet, etc with some live music for those interested. A dedicated tourist guide desk is provided for booking trips around the area, at good prices with pick up arrangements. Our experience was further inhanced by the lovely staff, including reception, restaurant and pool staff but mainly by the bar tender Best who was always welcoming us with a big smile, checking on our hotel experience and giving us tips where to visit."

"A great family hotel choice. The location is excellent - there’s a long tail boat station just opposite for easy access to Railay. The night market is a short walk away and there are great restaurants and cafes close by. The swimming pool is great for kids. Our room (family suite) was huge, very clean and the children were very happy with the free drinks and snacks included. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but we were very happy with our choice. "

"If you are looking for R&R, this place is for you, provided you can handle stairs. Our room was spacious and the sea view was beautiful. We had room 111. We truly believe it is the worst room they have. We were forewarned during check in that it was a distance away and involved stairs, but was the room that fit with our booking of king bed and sea view. We had 54 stairs to climb from our rm to the main lobby. 35 stairs to the restaurant. We couldn’t get to anything without stairs. We even had to go up one set of stairs and down another to get to the pool. We also like to sit out on our balcony after returning from the pool. Our balcony was directly above a staff area, so at times, was quite noisy. (Voices, a noisy water pump (?) I don’t know what the phone ext. was for our rm, but twice in 9 nights we received calls from other guests. The first was around midnight asking for water to be sent to their room. The second was at 1:45 am asking for help with their luggage. Both times we were sleeping. Speaking of pools, they are lovely (but in need of some work). Again, 8 steps down to the infinity pool and another 22 to the lower pool. Kudos to the chefs! We didn’t have one single meal that wasn’t delicious! Our second last night, we saw a daytime activity schedule at the top of the stairs near the lobby bar. Who knew!? They offer currency exchange, but not for Canadian $ There is literally nothing to do here. Beautiful place but 10 nights was too long. "

"This is a beautiful hotel on the beach. Pool is nice and rooms are very nice. Only complaint would be that they don’t serve alcohol on this property so have to go next door or down walking street. We aren’t big drinkers but it would have been nice to have a drink by the pool. Having said that we would probably stay here again. Definitely looked like the nicest hotel on the little strip "
