"Auf der Durchreise nach Rumänien habe ich als B&B Stammgast dieses Hotel gewählt. Das Haus ist in einem Einkaufszentrum integriert. Die Zimmer sind B&B typisch eingerichtet, wer in einem dieser Häuser schon übernachtet hat, kennt die Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, mit ein paar brocken Polnisch und Englisch kommt man gut zurecht. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sauber und ohne Mängel. "The hotel was well located and very walkable - close to the train/bus station and the tourist attractions. Rooms were large, lovely and quiet. Our king bed was comfortable. The room temperature control was very good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Nice food selection with made to order eggs and nice variety of hot/cold items. My only (very minor) complaint is that the lighting could be brighter in the bathroom - bit dark for putting on makeup."

"The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. At this time of year, the sun sets late and rises early, and...

The rooms were spacious, the amenities were great, and the location was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!"

"Great Location! The hotel is located walking distance from the train station. When you get off the train, it's a short walk straight up the hill. You will need to know this because the locals will probably not want to help you with directions. The lady that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! She was accommodating and nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. The lady working the spa was unfriendly, but that's to be expected from many of the locals....

"Die Wohnung war sehr schön und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Es gab direkt vor dem Gebäude Parkplätze. Der Check-in war ganz unkompliziert mit Code und Schlüsselbox, sodass wir auch in der Nacht anreisen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief auch hervorragend."
