"Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The only setback is the bathroom which is toilet and shower combo. The instant shower is also not easy to get used to."

"The room was very clean, and the staff were amazing, starting with the security officer outside. He greeted us on arrival and offered to take our suitcases inside. Three areas of improvement include a larger lobby, adding a bar for those who wish to relax with a drink, and providing parking for the guests."

"Very strategically located in a prime location within the City of Kisumu, the hotel is convenient in terms of proximity to banks, shopping malls, airport, coaches, hospitals and key Government and corporate installations. Very ideal for both corporate and leisure travelers. The Team at Sarova Imperial are quire professional, first great impression has to be Godwill and the exceptional Mercy at the Hotel's Main Reception and the Waiting Team at Florence Restaurant were absolutely amazing! The Hotel boasts of a number of fully appointed conference rooms ideal for various sizes. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable, the AC could be increased slightly 22 is still quite warm for the humid environment and occasionally gets uncomfortable. Overall, very highly rated at 9/10 on attention to detail, excellent food quality and dining variety, kudos to the chefs!!! and very welcoming and professional staff. Would be great to add at least water for half board meal plan. Thanks for being my go to choice whenever I am in Kisumu. Machiegni!"

"We had a wonderful stay here - an oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of central Kisumu. The rooms were clean and of a much higher standard than most other hotels in the area. "

"Complete fraud. No pool, no jacuzzi, no A/C, no functional TV, no internet, no hot water finally the door to the room would not lock. Interestingly, I was the only, "guest", in the entire hotel. I left before spending the night. When asked about the "restaurant and bar" they simply stated that there were nearby. Lost my money. "

"Very bad stay aske for more money on arrival fir no reason then gave up . Shoeed to room told no tv channels also internet not workiing . The next day we ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels . We ask 3 times duringthe day for this. Still.not leaned at 10.30pm gave up.asking . Supposed to stay 3 nights i cancelled the 3rd night still.no Internet. Really not s good stay "
