Older property close to snowmobile trail. Rooms clean, spacious, fridge, microwave and TV. Staff was great super friendly and catering to their guests. Breakfast area freshly renovated, clean, waffle maker, fresh coffee. All you really need.

Clean and comfortable bed. Room was dated but decent. Building and halls old and smelled stale. No cold water available for shower as tap handle had broken off and was set aside by cleaners. No bath towels in room. Would not recommend.

Photos given online do not accurately represent the property. The room is “similar” to the photo but the bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Conveniently left out of pictures. If you need somewhere to stay, and there is NO OTHER option, it might suffice

Decent stay
Bed was really comfortable, staff were friendly. But the tub was terrible, paint chipping and a dirt film on it. I expected it to be renovated as the room was, but it was. It fit to have a bath in.

The hotel is run down. Two buckets in the hallway caught water from a hole in the ceiling on the first floor. The breakfast had broken equipment, including the juice machine, with no alternatives. And for a hotel that says completely smoke-free, that was all you could smell even though they tried to cover it up with terrible perfume.

Never gave us a senior discount, The bathtub was peeling and worn shower curtain stained, cleanliness was 0 stars, all towels were stained ect. Under bed was filthy I know this because our dog was always trying to get under so we checked what was underneath fridge was frosted blinds were filthy

At check in today we arrived after a 10 hour drive. The staff were excellent, friendly and prompt. However, the room and hallway upstairs smelled strongly like urine. The air quality in the building was bad, even considering the forest fire. I'd expect to smell camp fire smoke given the forest fire in the area, but not urine and warm damp air when entering the room. Additonally, we were placed on the second floor with no elevator. My partner has breathing issues and mobility issues, I checked the room, smelled the smell, considered the lack of accessibility and the building generally, turned around and called another hotel. Also a wyndham. I spoke to the staff and let them know we could not stay here. They were excellent and helpful start to finish. But there was nothing they could do. I am hoping for a refund or a credit. Ive usedsuper 8s before, I know what they are, and why they are priced ththe way they are butthiswas nothing like ive seen from super 8 before. I pity the staff there. I was too embarrassed to mention the urine smell

Hallways and stairways had a strong floral scent to mask smells. Floor was sticky in the room. Although the room was large it felt outdated and the air conditioner was loud and had an odour to it as well

The property needs to shut its doors until it can be completely renovated. It has broken doors and active leaks and it isn’t even raining. If we didn’t get a discount and it wasn’t dog friendly, we would have left. Full price of $139 is more than double what it should cost
