"Had a really nice time and the design room was amazing, really good location inbetween both piers. Staff were really nice and the bar area was great too. The room was abit noisy and you can hear the doors banging and we could hear next doors tv but it didn’t bother us, we didn’t want to leave. "
"This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. "

"We booked this hotel as we had family getting married there. We knew the hotel must be nice with family getting married there but it was even nicer than expected. We booked family room. Room 325 we were allocated. This room was modern and spotlessly clean. The room was a perfect size and lots of storage space which was great as we had 2 suitcases with us. We had breakfast included. Food was lovely and staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will defintely be back thank you "
