"Great experience here. Facilities are great, spa fantastic, views even better, breakfast and other food options are just right. Rooms were and other interiors are clean and very well presented. Parking is by the door and easy accessed. If I’m being really picky (didn’t impact stay) - clearly making improvements so the outside had a lot of building equipment around made outside look a little scruffy and the spa area needed a bit of a tidy during the day as a bit of glassware left lying around. Overall, a great hotel and brilliant to stay. "

The spa facilities were perfect, made us feel very zen and ready for the day ahead. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice of both hot and cold food and nice that you could just help yourself. "Breakfast choice was excellent and beautiful presented. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Our bedroom was very comfortable ,well furnished and lovely bathroom. We know refurbishing has to be done , unfortunately we looked through the scaffolding at the lovely Lake view but staff and the delicious breakfast compensated . we will return. "
