"We stayed for 5 nights. We moved from a standard room at the front corner of the hotel as it was noisy and claustrophobic. The en suite having been built into the corner of the room , so all the other stuff ie chairs table wardrobe were squeezed in. The poolside suite which we were kindly moved to was new, spacious had air con and walk in shower ,……. stunning altogether! Such a difference ! Could not fault it !!! "Would never stay at this hotel again, we booked a windowless room however this was 2 floors below ground. The lifts weren’t working , the stairwell was dirty , the corridors didn’t have carpet or they were extremely worn, trying to find your room and way out was ridiculous it was like a rabbit warren with very poor signage . I was told that the rooms had previously been used for asylum seekers and this was obvious given the condition of the facility"

Both of the silver finish plates around the shower controls were loose and not attached to the walls.
