"Helpful welcoming staff. Good clean accommodation and good evening meal and buffet breakfast in the ground floor restaurant. Attractive roof bar for younger clients.
Car parking staff were efficient and provided an excellent service in removing a punctured tyre and getting it repaired late on a Sunday night and that too on Republic Day.
The hotel is well placed for visiting Itmad ud Daula, an often overlooked treasure of Agras Mughal culture .
Recommended for an economical stay in Agra"

"Staff tried to be helpful. Mr. Anirudh Singh from wellness center was polite, helpful and accommodating.
Front desk staff was less than mediocre. Disorganized.
Check out was cumbersome. There were beer charges and other items on my bill that I had not used or ordered. Checkout manager tried to help but his boss was unreasonable and unprofessional.
Older hotel. Not kept well. Tub could not hold water. Other minor items didn’t work well. "
