"I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management."

We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful. "Quick check in, we asked for a room at the back, we were given room 8. Nice room, comfy bed, pillows a little flat. Lovely shower room with waterfall shower, nice toiletries. It was a very hot day when we checked in, so the room of course was hot, we opened the windows. "The Kings Head is a nice quaint hotel/ pub in Masham. However there were a few issues with the property. There were a few cobwebs in our room and I don’t think that is acceptable, especially in a family room or any other tbh. However, the thing that irked me the most was that when we arrived at the hotel we were advised that we could only go for dinner at 8pm as 7 and 7.30 were full. This was ok for us but when we arrived at the restaurant at 8pm we stood for some time and were ignored. When...

"We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast made to your order with additional cereal and juice available. The staff were very friendly and concerned about our needs. Car parking was provided at the back. The location was within walking distance from the town centre pubs and restaurant as well as next to a big Tesco. Perhaps the TV was a tad small. "
