"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

"The place is spotless, many kudos to the cleaning crew! Everything was great but the fold out guest bed mattress has no life left. It definitely needs a replacement"

"Clean room"

"I would advise not to fall for this tourist trap if you're coming from out of state. Its dingy and not deep cleaned enough for it to be the price it even is. Just go to Portland or York. This one is in disarray."

"Outdated. Dirty carpets in halls. Room not super clean."

"Nice location by the mall and the airport. Note that the airport shuttle is for departing guests only and must be scheduled the night before."

"Had a horrible experience recently. Went to check in at 2:45. Not a soul around. Finally a young girl came out, no greeting, just stated bluntly, “check in is at 3” and walked away. I was so taken aback that I left, called Expedia, explained my experience and thought they would take care of canceling the reservation. Clarion refused to grant the refund!"

"Room was clean, rooms had been recently updated. Staff were helpful."

"Good dining options and a mall nearby."
