"Always stay here when I have morning flight. Gives peace of mind that airport is just few steps away. Hotel is big with many rooms and room (single) is sufficiently large for one person. Besides the usual shampoo, conditioner, body wash; happy that there is hand wash too (not soap which is really wasteful as one can’t finish a soap with a night/few nights’ stay). "The hotel looks beautiful. The staffs are very warm and accommodating. The rooms are clean and has comfy beds. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Good food in a very nice room. Staffs are really nice. The property is very close to Dotonbori and subway services, so its easy to go around...Stayed for 4 nights and we had a great time. Would comeback again!"

"This was my second time at this hotel, which is located minutes from the famous Dotonbori entertainment district with its restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and services. The room was decent size, bed comfortable, good AC and wifi. The hotel is a short stroll to the underground shopping mall which connects to Osaka's metro train system. Staff were cordial and competent. Recommended. "

"The only reason why i would not give it 5 stars is that they give you 2 pillows and the duvet is not long enough for the bed. Its extremely uncomfortable for tall people. But overall extremely nice"
