Friendly staff and rooms were decent. This hotel offered breakfast and we appreciated the spacious lobby and bar. It was a nice place to sit and visit with my family members. The hotel was clean and I would stay here again on future trips

Line at check-in was long and it was after the regular check in hour. Many rooms were not clean/available, but thank goodness, mine was. More staff is definitely needed. But overall, I would go back. Breakfast food was good.

Best Hotel in Kingsville

This is the best hotel in Kingsville. I have been to many other ones and they can’t compare to this one. Dorothy at the front desk was super nice she told us about everything the hotel has to offer, which are great things. The hotel was very clean and smelled so good. I found the best hotel to stay at now in Kingsville.

Best option in Kingsville. Rooms have everything you need, including a kitchenette. Bedding is great. Staff is outstanding. Some furnishings are worn, but all are serviceable. Tub could use a steam and scrub, but not “dirty”. A/C keeps up and isn’t stinky!

The staff very friendly helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The up front handicap parking if you are facing the building on the right is gated off from the front door. You are unable to go through the gate. Therefore if you are handicapped you have to walk around the fence to get to the front door. Otherwise it was a great stay

There was a dirty glass in the kitchenette cabinet. Crumbs in the silverware drawer. A couple of plastic grocery bags were left in the drawer. But i was only needed the space to get some sleep, and the bed was clean & comfortable so i didn't make a complaint.

We loved the bar, visiting area downstairs. We were there for our 50th class reunion with several couples. We met downstairs for extended time periods. The staff was very gracious! Even the night w stayed up until 3 a.m.!
