Great location for viewing the port, but parking is very limited. There is also no ramp at the front door for anyone using a wheelchair or rollator. Furniture is also a bit dated.

Room 502- tub backed up in the middle of night, coated in body hair, none of us got to shower. Waited 30 minutes for maintenance, when they didn't show, we cancelled the call until we were expecting to check out. Room service entered room while guests in room without knocking. Reception friendly.

We had a great stay, excellent location for getting around downtown. Staff were warm and welcoming, bed was super comfy, breakfast was a good start to the day!

Le dejeuner n'est pas vraiment bon. De plus, il y avait une grosse araignée sur mon lit (video et photo comme preuve) J'en ai averti le personnel qui m'a dit ne pas pouvoir me dedommager parce que j'ai payé a travers Expedia mais ils m'ont changé de chambre le lendemain matin. Mes draps n'ont pas été changer la nuit meme de l'incident avec l'araignée.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were excellent, the room was crisp and clean with a view of the harbour. There were tons of great places to eat within a very short walk (which was good because it was raining!). The breakfast was outstanding - a cute little box with juice, muffin, yogourt, two hard boiled eggs, and a nice (not cheap!) piece of cheddar. Bamboo utensils wrapped in a napkin were included, they thought of everthying, really a great start to the day!

Very friendly staff. Nice gab & go breakfast.Great location! I’m the bathroom, the sink did not have a proper stopper. By accident I dropped a bottle cap into it. It could not be recovered. I did inform the staff so they could fix the issue so the drain doesn’t get blocked up.

Original price was 200$ ended up last minute getting a double queen room for 140$. It’s a good thing because the hotel room was definitely not worth 200$. Staff were very friendly but the room was ok. Could have used some updates for sure. Very comfy beds and an amazing view of the st. Lawrence river. Walking distance from downtown which is very convenient. If you can get a 140$ price I’d say go for it but any more than that I’d say look somewhere else.

Very close to all the restaurants and concert venue, staff was very friendly. The rooms weren’t the greatest, the wallpaper was bubbling off the wall, the bathtub had a filthy black ring around it. The light switches also looked like they’d never been wiped ever! They were black also. Great location it’s a shame for how much you pay for the room the rooms are disgusting.

Our bathtub had human excrement coming up through the drain and then 1-2 inches of water came up through the drain. We couldn't use the shower or the tub because of this. All the hotel did was remove the $20 parking fee off of my bill. HAving human excrement come up through the bathtub drain is unacceptable.

We have stayed at the Confederation Place in Kingston many times over the years - it's the perfect location to enjoy Kingston's lovely waterfront and downtown restaurants and nightlife. The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Hope to return for another visit soon!

The location is excellent. There is no restaurant in this hotel but just outside you have any option you want within 10-minute walk from the hotel

Location was fabulous, nice view over harbour from room. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have a room with 2 comfy chairs in it. Doesn’t often happen no matter what the room costs.
