"The property was fresh and new. Everything was clean and none of furniture was run down or we’ll use looking. We had one little problem with TV and maintenance was there within 5 minutes. The fellow solved it right away and was very nice. The Breakfast was very good, great assortment, and sparkling clean The only complaint is that there was a charge for parking. "The internet hotel provides not very stable, I need to reconnect a couple of times. My assignment and reading have been disrupted too."

"The only real complaint I had about my experience. Upon arrival I parked in the parking lot. Went in the front desk asked me if I was parking there. I said yes they took my information license plate, etc. Then checking out this morning. I was informed that there was a $35 parking fee. Nobody had mentioned any of that prior to my check-in or when I gave the information very disappointed with that process."

"Yes"

"We would be happy to go back there when we are in Kingston"

"A pool was supposed to be included, huge letdown.Breakfast had a nice offering, but cold .Sorry its the ugliest place I’ve ever stayed,I wouldn’t want to be in the last room in the Long hallway ,if a fire broke out, Travel on, find some place nice, is my advice!"

"Staff was great. Breakfast delicious with lots of variety. Clean room. Beautiful lake view."

"It's a nice property, close to many amenities. I would have liked all of the lights to work and the window to close fully but overall, it was a nice room. The beds were comfortable and the room spacious. I would definitely stay there again. Check in at 4 pm seems a little late but we were able to take our things with us to our destination and check in after the function."
