We stayed in the so called remodeled building and it was definitely done cheaply if at all. There were odors and had that damp feeling because it wasn’t conditioned well. The beds were not comfortable. The photos of their rooms and building are very well placed and staged. Another review mentioned of the customer not feeling safe there. I can see what he was referring to since it was decommissioned Air Force Base and now looks like an industrial park. Main thing people need to know is that those high reviews for this hotel are highly inaccurate. This hotel should be less than $100/night and people should know what they are getting themselves into."

"It was a different kind of hotel compared to what I was expecting, but it fit well with my particular wants for this trip. I was told ahead of time that there'd be no daily housekeeping, for example, but I'd intended to ask for an exemption to that, anyway. Staff was polite and helpful and there were enough spare trash bags included that I didn't have to ask for more. Price was good, too (set, I suppose, for longer stays). I'd go to another if the opportunity arises."
