"The hotel amd rooms are a little dated, but super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a short drive to Wonderland and the mall. Not a lot of good restaurant choices close (5-10min drive). The continental breakfast was weak (bread, jam, yogart, 1 pastry option, 1 muffin option, bananas, and 2 plain cereal choices, and coffee/tea). It was a good price, and I would stay again."

"Shuttle service does not operate 24/7 like others that are on a continuous loop, only appear to have 1 driver and it takes about 1/2 hr (or more) to wait if they have already left the airport terminal until they make there way back. "Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes! "Room was clean. We arrived at around 11:30pm and the automatic doors didn't open. Only 1 person on the front desk and he was on the phone. The driver of the van prided open the door so we didn't have to wait. After travelling for 2 days it was good to be in a bed"

The woman told us their 6am shuttle was booked so we’d have to take the 630am one which would have made us miss our flight so we had to get an uber. "The staff were good. I liked the front desk guest services and all housekeepers, maintenance and the kitchen staff. My stay we not that great due to the AC being an issue. It malfunctioned and was intermittently. They said they "fixed" it but it was still on going issue. I wanted percentage/partial refund but they were willing to give a 25 dollar voucher to commissary lol changing rooms on 3rd night wouldn't have made sense since I was leaving the next day anyways. "Excellent hotel except for the fact that they only clean the rooms every other day. There is a teeny sign in the bathroom but it would be helpful if they stated this upon check in so that we would have known to call for clean towels."
