"Read your email that they sent you because those instructions are really important, this was such a cute place to stay and they really look after you. The bed was super comfortable. The room was super comfortable. The continental breakfast that’s provided a lot of love goes into the room has everything you need? The host is lovely. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to stay before going to Stonehenge. Plenty of local dining options as well."

"Absolutely fabulous accommodations! The hotel has olde world charm with the modern amenities you'd expect. If you're visiting Stonehenge, the location is ideal- we were in the car park not fifteen minutes after leaving the hotel. The onsite manager was Abi and she literally did it all- reception, server, bartender and always with a smile!"

"Wow!! What an amazing place to find for a last minute weekend away. An idyllic rural setting, with a stunningly unspoilt river nearby. We even saw an otter swimming along! Honestly this place is top notch, beautifully decorated accommodation, lovely bed linens and huge extremely comfortable bed complete with electric blackout blinds on the windows. Lovely bathroom too. Staff were warm, friendly and inviting. But the best thing about this place is the amazing food. Everything we tried was...

"My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The place is charming and an experience in itself. It is an old house, but the rooms are in a perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great for exploring the area to the west of London, including Salisbury, Bath and Bristol in a car. "

"A lovely hotel located about 15 minutes from Stonehenge and 15 minutes from Salisbury town centre. The room was spacious, and the heater worked perfectly—nice and warm. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nora at reception was lively, helpful, and incredibly bubbly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in the area. "

"We were only staying one night while we were working in the area. The room was large, comfortable and clean. There is a bar which is OK (there are nice pubs a short drive away as well) and the breakfast was a standard hotel buffet but of good quality. There are some very large but very dopey and friendly dogs."
